Mouse Golgi membrane protein 1 (Golm1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA enables quantitative colorimetric measurement of mouse Golgi membrane protein 1 (GOLM1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Also referred to as Golgi membrane protein GP73, Golgi phosphoprotein 2, or Golph2, GOLM1 is a single-pass type II integral membrane protein localised to the cis-Golgi network of the Golgi apparatus, where it acts as a cellular response protein to viral infection.

The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse GOLM1 with a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.18ng/mL. Because aberrant GOLM1 expression has been linked to cancer, liver disorders and infectious diseases, the kit serves as a useful tool for biomarker research and the study of disease pathogenesis.
