Mouse GNRHR/Gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA, double-antibody assay from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantitative measurement of mouse gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GNRHR). The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting research in reproductive biology and endocrinology.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a reported sensitivity of 0.234 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.391–25 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across serum (86–103% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions), EDTA plasma (80–100%), and heparin plasma (82–105%) samples. Recovery rates fall between 86% and 102% across matrices, with average recovery values of 98% (serum), 95% (EDTA plasma), and 93% (heparin plasma). The procedure includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, TMB substrate colour development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

GNRHR is a key regulator of reproductive function, playing a critical role in the release of gonadotropins, and its dysregulation has been linked to reproductive disorders and infertility, making it a valuable biomarker for reproductive health research. Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
