Mouse GNRH1/Progonadoliberin-1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse GNRH1 (Progonadoliberin-1) using a colorimetric readout. The assay targets a key hormone involved in the regulation of reproduction and the release of gonadotropins, playing a critical role in fertility and the control of the menstrual cycle in both males and females. Because GNRH1 dysregulation has been linked to a variety of reproductive disorders, the kit is a useful biomarker tool in reproductive research and the development of potential therapies in mouse models.

The Mouse GNRH1/Progonadoliberin-1 ELISA Kit shows a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. It has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity at a 1:2 dilution spans 89–103% for serum, 83–93% for EDTA plasma and 80–100% for heparin plasma, while recovery averages 97% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma) and 92% (heparin plasma). Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody followed by HRP-streptavidin (SABC), with colour development using a TMB substrate incubated in the dark for 10–20 minutes and absorbance read at 450 nm after adding the stop solution.
