Mouse GM-CSF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1378)

Mouse GM-CSF is a 14 kDa hematopoietic cytokine that drives proliferation of myeloid progenitors and maturation of dendritic cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. Reliable quantification in murine specimens is critical for studies of inflammation, autoimmunity, vaccine responses, tumor immunology, and pulmonary disease models. The Mouse GM-CSF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring endogenous Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples.

Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant mouse GM-CSF standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. The recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well.
