Mouse GM-CSF ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate quantification of Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) levels in mouse samples, supporting research on immune cell regulation, inflammation, and hematopoiesis. GM-CSF is a key cytokine involved in the production and maturation of granulocytes and macrophages, making it a vital biomarker for studying immune-related diseases and developing potential therapies.

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. Sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL, and the working range is 15.625–1000 pg/mL (1 pg = 350 mIU). Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Storage is at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity has been validated across serum (86–101%), EDTA plasma (84–105%), and heparin plasma (80–102%). Recovery ranges from 89–105% across these matrices, with averages of 98% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma, and 99% for heparin plasma.

The protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after the addition of stop solution.
