Mouse Glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c levels in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and cell culture supernatants. HbA1c is a crucial biomarker for monitoring long-term blood glucose levels in diabetes management, and elevated levels have been associated with an increased risk of diabetes-related complications. The kit is therefore suited to studying the impact of diabetes on mouse models, evaluating treatment efficacy and monitoring disease progression.

Performance figures include a detection range of 3.12-200ng/ml and a sensitivity of 1.7ng/mL. Precision is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 10.5%. Recovery in serum averages 109% (range 103-115%) and in plasma averages 111% (range 105-117%). Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant mouse glycosylated hemoglobin A1c.
