Mouse Glycoprotein hormones alpha chain (Cga) ELISA Kit

The kit supports colorimetric ELISA readout and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, enabling measurement of CGA levels in reproductive biology and endocrinology research.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 3.12-200 uIU/mL and a sensitivity of 1.56 uIU/mL. The kit shows an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 6.8%. Dilutional linearity for serum spans 90-120% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, with EDTA plasma at 95-117% and heparin plasma at 88-107%. Recovery averages 81% (range 80-87%) for serum and 83% (range 80-89%) for plasma. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse Glycoprotein hormones alpha chain. For research use only.
