Mouse Glycophorin-A/Gypa ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this is a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for the accurate quantification of Glycophorin A (GYPA) in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Glycophorin A is a key protein involved in red blood cell function and structure, and abnormalities in its expression have been associated with various hematological disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Linearity has been validated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with ranges of 86–102%, 89–100%, and 91–104% (serum); 82–101%, 86–99%, and 86–96% (EDTA plasma); and 80–90%, 81–96%, and 86–100% (heparin plasma). Recovery averages are 90% for serum, 99% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma. The kit is associated with Uniprot reference P14220 and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
