Mouse Glycogen phosphorylase, liver form (Pygl) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse glycogen phosphorylase, liver form (PYGL), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports research applications where accurate measurement of PYGL levels is required. PYGL is an essential enzyme in glycogen metabolism, catalyzing the breakdown of glycogen into glucose-1-phosphate, and its dysregulation has been linked to metabolic disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studies in this area.

The kit is reactive with mouse samples and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse PYGL. It is a colorimetric sandwich assay with a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.399 ng/mL. The protocol uses a standard sandwich ELISA workflow read at 450 nm, and the kit is supplied for research use only.
