Mouse Glycogen phosphorylase, brain form (Pygb) ELISA Kit

The assay reports a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.88pg/mL. It is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Glycogen phosphorylase, brain form. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 8.2% and an inter-assay CV of 10.1%. Recovery averages 110% (range 104-116%) for serum and 112% (range 106-118%) for plasma.

Linearity (N=5) at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as 107-116%, 83-93%, 104-114% and 100-108% for serum; 108-118%, 101-111%, 86-95% and 101-113% for EDTA plasma; and 109-117%, 91-101%, 100-110% and 102-113% for heparin plasma. Pygb is a glycogen phosphorylase that regulates glycogen mobilization, classified as EC 2.4.1.1 within the glycogen phosphorylase family (UniProt Q8CI94, 96,730 Da). The protein forms a homodimer, with dimers associating into a tetramer to form the enzymatically active phosphorylase A.
