Mouse Glutathione S-transferase omega-1 (Gsto1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie, this kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse glutathione S-transferase omega-1 (Gsto1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for both natural and recombinant mouse Gsto1, with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.079ng/mL.

GSTO1 (UniProt O09131) is a homodimeric cytoplasmic enzyme of the omega class within the glutathione S-transferase superfamily. It exhibits glutathione-dependent thiol transferase and dehydroascorbate reductase activities, has S-(phenacyl)glutathione reductase activity, and participates in the biotransformation of inorganic arsenic by reducing monomethylarsonic acid (MMA) and dimethylarsonic acid.
