Mouse Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 4 (GSTa4) ELISA Kit

GSTa4 is a phase II detoxification enzyme that catalyzes conjugation of reduced glutathione to electrophilic substrates, including the lipid peroxidation product 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE), and it is widely studied as a marker of oxidative stress and xenobiotic exposure. The kit is configured for 96 assays and is intended for research use only, supporting toxicology, redox biology, inflammation, and metabolic disease investigations. Compatible specimen preparations include tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatant fractions, with adapted protocols applicable to serum-derived and plasma-derived liquid samples.
