Mouse Glutathione S-transferase A3 (Gsta3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Glutathione S-transferase A3 (Gsta3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse Gsta3 with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.09 ng/mL, and is read at 450 nm. Gsta3 is a cytoplasmic homodimer involved in the conjugation of reduced glutathione to a wide range of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles, and displays high catalytic activity for aflatoxin B1-8,9 epoxide. Levels of this enzyme can serve as a biomarker for conditions including cancer, liver diseases, and oxidative stress-related disorders.
