Mouse Glutathione Peroxidase 2/GPX2 ELISA Kit

The double-antibody colorimetric assay measures GPX2 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting research into oxidative stress, redox homeostasis, and mechanisms relevant to cancer, inflammation, and metabolic disorders.

Linearity in serum (n=5) is 86-99% at 1:2, 90-105% at 1:4, and 85-98% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) 82-101%, 82-101%, 82-93%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) 87-97%, 83-94%, 88-100%. Recovery averages 94% for serum (range 89-102%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 86-103%), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 87-99%).
