Mouse Glutaminase (GLS) ELISA Kit

Glutaminase (GLS) is the mitochondrial enzyme that catalyzes hydrolytic deamidation of glutamine to glutamate, gating entry into glutaminolysis and supporting the TCA cycle in rapidly proliferating cells. Measuring GLS protein abundance in mouse models is central to cancer metabolism, hepatic and renal physiology, and neuronal glutamate homeostasis research, where shifts in GLS expression often mark metabolic reprogramming, drug response, or disease progression. This Assay Genie kit uses a two-antibody capture configuration with a colorimetric endpoint read on a standard microplate, validated for tissue homogenates and cell lysates prepared from mouse specimens.
