Mouse Glutamate [NMDA] receptor subunit zeta-1 (Grin1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative detection of mouse Glutamate [NMDA] receptor subunit zeta-1 (GRIN1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and provides a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.161 ng/mL. It shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Glutamate receptor ionotropic, NMDA 1.
