Mouse Glutamate dehydrogenase/GDH ELISA Kit

This sandwich, double-antibody ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of Mouse Glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target. Standards and diluted samples are added and incubated, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate to produce a colorimetric reaction that is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is listed as 85–100%, 93–104% and 88–103% for serum (n=5); 82–98%, 89–99% and 84–98% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 80–98%, 81–100% and 82–99% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery averages are 99% for serum (range 94–104%), 98% for EDTA plasma (range 93–104%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 87–101%).

The assay procedure comprises reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding at 37 °C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37 °C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
