Mouse Glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase X (G6pdx) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase X (G6pdx) using a colorimetric detection method. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and specific for natural and recombinant mouse Glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase X. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50 mIU/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39 mIU/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.7% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) was evaluated in serum (96-106%, 83-96%, 96-105%, 116-126%), EDTA plasma (104-114%, 86-96%, 106-116%, 82-94%) and heparin plasma (84-97%, 107-117%, 103-113%, 102-112%). Recovery values are 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma.

The target enzyme catalyzes the rate-limiting step of the oxidative pentose-phosphate pathway, providing reducing power (NADPH) and pentose phosphates for fatty acid and nucleic acid synthesis.
