Mouse Glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (Glp1r) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is configured for quantitative detection of mouse Glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP1R), a G-protein coupled receptor through which glucagon-like peptide 1 signals via G proteins that activate adenylyl cyclase. Reactivity is with mouse samples, validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse GLP1R (UniProt O35659).

The colorimetric assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.162 ng/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 6.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.8%. Linearity across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 (N=5) was 92–102%, 98–107%, 94–106% and 84–95% for serum; 82–92%, 95–105%, 115–125% and 100–109% for EDTA plasma; and 100–110%, 106–116%, 111–120% and 100–111% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery testing gave an average recovery of 80% (range 80–86%) in serum and 82% (range 80–88%) in plasma.
