Mouse Glucagon ELISA Kit

Recovery is 85–98% (average 92%) for serum, 93–104% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–100% (average 92%) for heparin plasma.

Samples are processed by standard centrifugation, and absorbance is read at 450 nm using a microplate reader after TMB substrate color development. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C (sealed) and must not be cryopreserved.
