Mouse GLP1/Glucagon Like Peptide 1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse GLP-1 (Glucagon Like Peptide 1) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric read-out and is labelled for research use only.

Performance characteristics provided by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/ml and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery was 87-105% (average 91%) in serum, 87-102% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma and 90-104% (average 99%) in UFH plasma. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was demonstrated in serum (86-105%, 90-105%, 95-101%), EDTA plasma (92-97%, 85-96%, 88-97%) and UFH plasma (82-98%, 85-100%, 80-98%). Precision is reported as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. The kit components are stored at 4°C for 6 months, with the lyophilized standard kept at 4°C/-20°C.
