Mouse GDF15 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with TMB substrate, read at 450 nm.

The protocol proceeds through primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes before stop solution is added.
