Mouse GDF10/Growth Differentiation Factor 10 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Growth Differentiation Factor 10 (GDF10) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with mouse samples.

GDF10 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) family and the TGF-beta superfamily, regulators of cell growth and differentiation in both embryonic and adult tissues. Studies in mice suggest that it plays a role in skeletal morphogenesis, and its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for research applications.

Spiked recovery averaged 98% in serum (range 89-105%), 93% in EDTA plasma (range 86-102%) and 94% in UFH plasma (range 85-99%). Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilution across serum, EDTA plasma and UFH plasma matrices. Intra-assay precision is given as CV <8% and inter-assay precision as CV <10%. Kit components are supplied for storage at 4°C for 6 months, with the lyophilized standard stored at 4°C or -20°C. For research use only.
