Mouse GATA3 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of GATA3 in mouse samples. GATA3 is a transcription factor involved in regulating T cell development and function, with dysregulation linked to autoimmune diseases, allergies, and cancer. The double-antibody sandwich format supports colorimetric detection across serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity for serum at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 85-100%, 85-100%, and 86-104% respectively (n=5). EDTA plasma gives 84-92%, 82-99%, and 87-98%, and heparin plasma gives 81-100%, 83-100%, and 82-97% across the same dilutions. Recovery ranges from 86-101% with an average of 93% in serum, 85-101% averaging 92% in EDTA plasma, and 85-102% averaging 92% in heparin plasma.

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards, samples and blanks, and incubating the plate at 37°C for 90 minutes. Biotin-labeled detection antibody is incubated for 60 minutes and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, followed by TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes. After adding stop solution, absorbance is read at 450 nm. Unopened kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
