Mouse Gastrokine 2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA, double antibody immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of gastrokine-2 in mouse-derived samples. Gastrokine-2 is a protein involved in gastrointestinal health and function, contributing to mucosal protection, epithelial cell proliferation, and inflammation regulation, and its dysregulation has been associated with various gastrointestinal disorders.

The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL, with the kit intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. The target is also referenced under the synonyms Gastrokine-2 and Blottin (UniProt Q9CQS6).

Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with reported ranges of 86-104%, 86-100% and 85-96% for serum; 89-105%, 83-98% and 84-99% for EDTA plasma; and 89-105%, 83-101% and 81-92% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery testing returned ranges of 85-104% (serum, average 96%), 88-105% (EDTA plasma, average 98%) and 86-104% (heparin plasma, average 94%).
