Mouse Gastric triacylglycerol lipase (Lipf) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie as a sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of mouse gastric triacylglycerol lipase (LIPF), an enzyme secreted in the stomach that hydrolyzes the ester bonds of triglycerides under acidic conditions and contributes to the breakdown of dietary fats.

The kit is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.3pg/mL. Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 7.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with average recovery of 99% (range 93-105%) for serum and 101% (range 95-107%) for plasma. Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant mouse gastric triacylglycerol lipase.
