Mouse Gamma-synuclein ELISA Kit

Recovery ranges are 87-102% (average 92%) for serum, 95-104% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-102% (average 93%) for heparin plasma. Absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development, with the assay procedure involving incubation steps at 37°C.
