Mouse Gamma-enolase (Eno2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of Mouse Gamma-enolase (Eno2), also referred to as Neuron-specific enolase, NSE, Neural enolase, Enolase 2, or 2-phospho-D-glycerate hydro-lyase. The colorimetric assay is designed for research applications and is reactive with mouse samples. Dysregulation of this glycolytic enzyme has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.183 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with recovery averages of 91% for serum (range 85-97%) and 93% for plasma (range 87-99%). The kit specifically detects natural and recombinant mouse Gamma-enolase.
