Mouse Galectin-7 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1369)

Mouse Galectin-7 (LGALS7) is a 15 kDa β-galactoside-binding lectin involved in keratinocyte differentiation, apoptosis signalling, and epithelial homeostasis. This Assay Genie reagent enables quantitative measurement of endogenous Galectin-7 in clarified cell culture supernatants, citrated plasma, and frozen serum aliquots, using a 100 µL sample volume per well.

The kit supports studies of dermatological inflammation, squamous cell carcinoma progression, and p53-mediated apoptosis pathways where Galectin-7 has been implicated as a tissue biomarker. Researchers investigating E-cadherin regulation, wound-healing responses, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition frequently employ this reagent.
