Galectin-1 is a 14.5 kDa beta-galactoside-binding lectin expressed across many tissues and implicated in T-cell apoptosis, immune tolerance, angiogenesis, and tumor immune escape. The Mouse Galectin-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay built for measuring this lectin in mouse samples used in inflammation, cancer, and fibrosis research.

The kit uses a microplate-based colorimetric readout readable on standard laboratory plate readers.
