Mouse Gadd45g ELISA Kit

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse GADD45G (Growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein GADD45 gamma, also known as CR6 / Cytokine-responsive protein CR6) using a double-antibody format. The target protein is involved in stress response pathways, DNA repair, and cell cycle regulation, and is implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases, making the kit suitable for cell death research and related applications.

Validated sample types include serum, EDTA and heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity ranges from 80% to 104% across serial dilutions, and average spike-recovery values are reported as 94–97% across the matrices tested. The kit should be stored at 2–8 °C and is stable for 12 months under those conditions.

The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The UniProt reference for the target is Q9Z111.
