Mouse G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1 (Gper) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate quantification of G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1 (GPER) levels in mouse samples. GPER, a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family, mediates the effects of estrogen through rapid and transient activation of intracellular signalling pathways and has been implicated in cancer, cardiovascular disorders and metabolic syndromes.

The kit provides a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Reported precision values are an Intra CV of 6.8% and an Inter CV of 9.1%, with serum recovery averaging 95% (range 89-101%) and plasma recovery averaging 97% (range 91-103%).

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse GPER (UniProt Q8BMP4) and is classified under the Metabolism research area, for research use only.
