Mouse G-CSF/Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor 3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate quantification of Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) in mouse samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the assay measures G-CSF across a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

G-CSF is a key growth factor that stimulates the production and differentiation of granulocytes, crucial components of the immune system. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, incubating samples at 37°C for 90 minutes for antigen binding, adding biotin-labeled detection antibody and incubating at 37°C for 60 minutes, binding HRP-Streptavidin at 37°C for 30 minutes, developing colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm immediately after adding stop solution.
