Mouse Fusion (FUS) ELISA Kit

FUS (Fused in Sarcoma) is a multifunctional DNA/RNA-binding protein investigated for its roles in DNA damage repair, transcription regulation, and pre-mRNA splicing, with strong relevance to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), frontotemporal dementia (FTD), and certain cancers.

The Assay Genie Mouse FUS ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of endogenous FUS protein in murine tissue homogenates, with a working detection range of 0.31-20 ng/mL. The kit includes a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant mouse FUS standards, and substrate solution.

Standard storage is at 4 degrees C for unopened components, with reconstituted reagents aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Each assay plate contains wells for sample, standard, and blank measurements, with absorbance read on a microplate reader and concentrations interpolated from a standard curve.
