Mouse Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A (Aldoa) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A (ALDOA). The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with the target also known by the synonyms Aldolase 1, Muscle-type aldolase and Aldo1.

ALDOA plays a key role in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis, and the assay delivers a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 15.62pg/mL. Standards and samples are added to microplate wells, followed by detection reagent incubations, washing steps, substrate development and absorbance readout at 450 nm.

The kit includes a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with components stored at -20°C and 4°C.
