Mouse Free Fatty Acid Receptor 2 (FFAR2) ELISA Kit

FFAR2, also known as GPR43, is a G-protein coupled receptor activated by short-chain fatty acids such as acetate, propionate, and butyrate, and is widely studied in metabolic, inflammatory, and gut microbiota research.

This kit supports quantitative measurement of FFAR2 protein levels in mouse tissue homogenates and cell lysates, making it useful for researchers investigating host-microbe signaling, adipocyte biology, and immune cell regulation. The assay is supplied as a complete kit from Assay Genie containing a pre-coated microplate, detection antibodies, standards, and reagents sufficient for one plate run.

For research use only, the reagents should be stored at 4°C and protected from light to preserve antibody activity; allow all components to equilibrate to room temperature before running the assay.
