The FPR2 (Formyl Peptide Receptor 2) ELISA kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative in vitro immunoassay designed to measure mouse Formyl Peptide Receptor 2 levels in experimental samples. FPR2 is a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, and certain epithelial cells, where it mediates chemotactic responses to formylated peptides, lipoxin A4, and annexin A1, contributing to leukocyte recruitment, inflammatory resolution, and tissue homeostasis.

The assay generates a colored enzymatic reaction read by absorbance on a standard microplate reader, supplied in a ninety-six-assay format. Each kit contains pre-coated microplate wells, reference standard, detection antibody, enzyme conjugate, substrate solution, stop reagent, wash buffer, and assay diluent sufficient for the full plate.

Investigators apply this kit to profile FPR2 expression in mouse cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and conditioned media from cultured leukocytes or inflamed tissues, supporting studies of acute and chronic inflammation, pattern-recognition signalling, and G-protein coupled receptor biology in immune cell migration.

Store unopened kit components at refrigerated temperature, protected from light, until the expiry date printed on the outer label. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles and stored according to the supplied manual. The product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic procedures.
