Mouse FOXP3/Forkhead box protein P3 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of mouse Foxp3 (Forkhead Box Protein P3) levels, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. Foxp3 is a vital regulatory protein central to the development and function of regulatory T cells, which are essential for maintaining immune balance and tolerance. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It demonstrates a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, with reagents stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity in serum is 93–99% (1:2), 88–99% (1:4), and 88–100% (1:8); in EDTA plasma 86–96%, 84–95%, and 83–97%; and in heparin plasma 86–96%, 86–98%, and 88–99%. Recovery ranges are 86–100% (average 91%) for serum, 89–100% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–104% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The assay workflow includes reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
