Mouse FoxO1/FKHR/Forkhead box protein O1 ELISA Kit

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is supplied for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity was validated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5), and recovery ranged from 86–105% across these same sample types.
