Mouse FOLR1/Folate Receptor alpha ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate measurement of Folate Receptor Alpha (FOLR1) levels in mouse samples. The kit is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Folate Receptor Alpha is a key protein involved in the cellular uptake of folate, a vitamin needed for DNA synthesis and repair, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, autoimmune disorders, and developmental abnormalities.

The assay uses a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 87–98% (1:2), 86–100% (1:4) and 82–98% (1:8); for EDTA plasma (n=5) it is 88–104%, 87–101% and 91–97%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) it is 85–105%, 87–95% and 81–100%. Recovery ranges from 86–105% in serum (average 93%), 85–104% in EDTA plasma (average 96%) and 85–103% in heparin plasma (average 94%). Reagents are intended to be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
