Mouse Follistatin-related protein 1 (Fstl1) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the accurate quantification of mouse Follistatin-related protein 1 (Fstl1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is configured for use with mouse samples. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant mouse Fstl1, and the kit is labelled for research use only.

Average recovery is 81% (range 80-87%) for serum and 83% (range 80-89%) for plasma.
