Mouse FLT3L/FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand ELISA Kit

Configured for mouse reactivity, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative detection of FLT3L (FMS-like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand), a cytokine involved in hematopoiesis and in the proliferation and differentiation of immune cells. The colorimetric assay supports research into conditions in which Flt3L has been implicated, including leukemia, autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL and the assay range is 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity for serum at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 86–103%, 82–91% and 81–97% respectively; EDTA plasma 93–100%, 84–94%, 88–96%; heparin plasma 82–100%, 80–95%, 89–101%. Spike-and-recovery values are 87–103% (average 98%) for serum, 90–105% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma and 89–100% (average 94%) for heparin plasma.
