FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) is a hematopoietic cytokine that drives proliferation, differentiation, and survival of early progenitor cells in the bone marrow. It plays a central role in dendritic cell development, NK cell expansion, and steady-state hematopoiesis, making it a frequent target in immunology, stem cell, and oncology research. This Mouse Flt3L CLIA Kit from Assay Genie uses a chemiluminescence immunoassay format on a 96-well microplate to deliver quantitative detection with a broad dynamic range and low background, well matched to cytokine profiling studies in murine models.

The assay accepts serum, plasma, and a range of other biological fluids, including cell culture supernatants from in vitro experiments and tissue homogenates. Standard curves are run in duplicate across eight wells, and the protocol can be completed in roughly 3 to 4 hours using only 50 µL of sample per well. Signal is read on a luminescence microplate reader, and results are interpolated against the included recombinant mouse Flt3L reference standard.
