Mouse Flotillin-1 (Flot1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Flotillin-1 (Flot1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids using colorimetric detection on a solid-phase format. Flotillin-1 is a membrane-associated scaffolding protein participating in caveolae formation, with functions in vesicle trafficking, cell membrane organization and signal transduction. Its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammation and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a relevant biomarker for disease research.

The kit delivers a working range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Reported precision values are 6.8% intra-CV and 8.1% inter-CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, and recovery ranges from 80–87% in serum and 80–89% in plasma. The assay specifically detects natural and recombinant mouse Flotillin-1 and is reactive with mouse samples.
