Description
A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, configured as a double-antibody assay, designed for the precise measurement of FIX (Factor IX) levels in mouse samples. The kit is reactive with mouse and is validated for use with plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is also described for serum use.
FIX is a critical blood clotting protein essential to the coagulation cascade; abnormalities in its levels are linked to bleeding disorders such as hemophilia B, making accurate quantification valuable for research into hemostasis and coagulation.
