Mouse Filamin-B (Flnb) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed to quantify Filamin-B in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Filamin-B.

Filamin B is a cytoplasmic actin-binding protein involved in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. It connects cell membrane constituents to the actin cytoskeleton and may promote orthogonal branching of actin filaments while linking them to membrane glycoproteins.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 1.56-100 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.79 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.8%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity was demonstrated in serum (98-110% to 106-115%), EDTA plasma (109-119% to 89-99%), and heparin plasma (93-103% to 95-95%) across serial dilutions. Recovery averaged 81% in serum (range 80-87%) and 83% in plasma (range 80-89%). For research use only.
