Mouse FIL-1d ELISA Kit (MOFI00809)

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse FIL-1d (also referred to as Filamin 1). Filamin 1 has been described as a protein involved in cell structure and signalling and has been studied in the context of cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative conditions. The double-antibody format uses colorimetric detection and is positioned for research applications in immunology.

Validated sample matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. According to the manufacturer, the assay has a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C, with a stated shelf life of 12 months under those conditions.

Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, with reported linearity ranges of 96–102%, 90–102% and 87–101% for serum; 82–100%, 84–99% and 87–99% for EDTA plasma; and 86–97%, 82–97% and 80–100% for heparin plasma at the corresponding dilutions. Recovery data are reported as 89–102% (average 95%) for serum, 90–105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–97% (average 91%) for heparin plasma. The protocol runs antigen binding at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody for 60 minutes, and HRP-streptavidin for 30 minutes, with TMB substrate development and absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
