Mouse Fibronectin type III domain-containing protein 3B/Fndc3b ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Fibronectin type III domain-containing protein 3B (FNDC3B). The double-antibody sandwich format shows reactivity specific to mouse samples and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Spike-and-recovery values average 92% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma, with detection involving absorbance measurement at 450 nm following incubation with TMB substrate.
