Mouse Fibronectin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of fibronectin in mouse samples. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Fibronectin is a key extracellular matrix protein involved in cell adhesion, migration, and wound healing, and is implicated in cancer, fibrosis, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.

The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with a reported sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a measuring range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months. Reported recovery averages are 94% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls within 87-103%/85-103%/86-103% for serum, 84-100%/83-94%/82-100% for EDTA plasma, and 80-95%/81-99%/88-95% for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for immunology research applications.
