Mouse Fibroblast growth factor 6 (Fgf6) ELISA Kit

It specifically detects natural and recombinant mouse FGF6, with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. The product is supplied for research use only.

FGF6 is a secreted heparin-binding growth factor that localises to the extracellular space and interacts with FGFR1, FGFR2 and FGFR4. According to UniProt (P21658), it plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, cell differentiation, angiogenesis and myogenesis, and is required for normal muscle regeneration. FGF6 belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family.

Optical density is measured at 450 nm. Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; storage conditions range from -20°C to 4°C depending on the component.
